CozyCabs Partner Terms of Service
1. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must ensure that their vehicles are well-maintained and clean before each ride.
Drivers are expected to adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
Punctuality is crucial; drivers should arrive at the pickup location on time.
Professional and courteous behavior towards passengers is mandatory.
2. Insurance and Liability
Drivers are required to have comprehensive insurance coverage for their vehicle.
CozyCabs is not liable for any accidents, damages, or thefts during the ride. Drivers must handle any claims with their insurance provider.
In certain critical situations, CozyCabs may provide assistance or support, depending on the circumstances and severity of the issue.
3. Cancellation Policy
Drivers must inform CozyCabs at least 2 hours in advance if they need to cancel a scheduled ride.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to penalties or termination of the contract.
If CozyCabs cancels a ride, the driver will be paid an incentive equal to 15% of the total fare that would have been earned for that ride.
4. Ride Assignment and Availability
Drivers are expected to be available during peak hours, especially on weekends and holidays.
Ride assignments will be based on driver availability, proximity to pickup locations, and customer demand.
Drivers can indicate their preferred working hours, but flexibility is encouraged.
5. Performance Monitoring
Driver performance will be monitored based on punctuality, customer feedback, and adherence to the policies.
Drivers consistently receiving positive feedback may be eligible for bonuses or incentives.
Negative feedback or complaints may lead to warnings, retraining, or termination.
6. Customer Interaction and Service Quality
Drivers must maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
Drivers should avoid engaging in unnecessary conversations with passengers unless initiated by them.
Offering assistance with luggage and ensuring passenger comfort is part of the service quality.
7. Data Privacy and Security
Drivers must respect passenger privacy and refrain from sharing any personal information.
All trip details, including routes and timings, must be kept confidential.
CozyCabs will ensure that driver data is securely stored and used only for operational purposes.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes between drivers and passengers, drivers should immediately report the issue to CozyCabs support.
CozyCabs will mediate to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Persistent unresolved issues may lead to review and possible adjustments to the driver’s terms of service.
